"Be joyful always; pray continually;give thanks in all circumstances, for this is God's will for you in Christ Jesus."
I have been thinking a lot about this verse lately. And as I think about this verse I think of how our struggles in Christ are God's will. I pray continually and I do thank God during every circumstance...whether it's good or bad...because I know it will make me stronger and I know that God is preparing me for something much bigger and much better...but I have struggled with being joyful always...how do you be joyful always...when your best friend dies are you going to be joyful I don't think so...some would say yeah sure I would because they would be in a better place...but until you actually experience it..joy is not going to be your first reaction...
